Vanquish anxiety.. truly remarkable.

Mood and Mind is amazing nothing more to say.Ok, so there is not much information out there about this herb so I will give you my experiences and research on it. First it can be smoked, vaped, eaten, snorted, and ingested through the buccals. The best method by far is through the buccals. The buccals is your gums essentially. I have tried all methods except snorting as it is disgusting, painful, and dangerous. Smoking, eating, and vaping do not produce much affect. What you do is take about 2 grams of the powder and put it in your mouth. Start chewing it for about 15 minutes. Its disgusting but it works. After it mixes with the saliva and dissolves a little bit, but the saliva in you gums between your cheek and just keep it there but continue chewing. I hope this makes sense. It makes you feel giddy and a little lift in mood. Do no expect too much unless mixed with other substances.USE WITH KRATOM: Kratom by its self make me feel like I'm floating but a little...

Kanna from this vendor was of excellent quality. Will definitely be ordering more kanna from this vendor. Effects of kanna very positive on many levels. It literally made me happy each day, all day. Really a great supplement
This stuff is pure quality and some of the cheapest around. It takes a while to feel, maybe 1-2 hours but if you take it anytime before sleep, you will get rested and wake up great. You slowly feel it kick in but if you take enough it becomes apparent. I use between 500-1000mg before sleep.This has a little drug feel for relieving stress as well, but sometimes it may make you a little tired. Just really depends on your mood. If you stack this with piracetam, ...effects simply go through the roof when you combine the two. It's a bit unfair to lump phenibut in with other "supplements" because it actually has noticeable effects, not placebo like so many supplements seem to be. I usually dose 1.5g-2.5g (I weigh 230lbs, probably wouldn't recommend taking this much if you're tiny) and experience a nice euphoric stimulant effect. I don't take it for sleep like most other people do, it's definitely an upper for me. It makes me feel more optimistic, today is gonna be a good day, and along with the euphoria is a subtle energized body high.Problem is, this isn't something you can take daily because tolerance sets in rather quickly....The tub even says something about not taking it for multiple days in a row without a 3-5 day "flush out". This stuff tastes TERRIBLE too, so don't even think about dumping it in water or onto your tongue if you have functional taste buds....Really nasty sweet/bitter taste. Eck. Calming without addiction
Serenity has been great for helping me to calm down and focus in stressful situations in addition to allowing my mind to mellow on nights I am struggling to go to sleep. It is non-habit forming and works very quickly (20-30 mins.) I started taking Serenity in lieu of the anti-anxiety medication that my doctor prescribed when I was working 60-70 hours per week and dealing with the stress that goes with that. I didn't want to have to take something every day, only when I knew I would need it and Serenity has fit that bill for me. I have found this to be a wonderful product and absolutely recommend it.

I love this product! It does help with anxiety and calms you down.
I love this product. It helps me with depression and anxiety that comes with PMS. It also helps me in public settings. I am more relaxed around people. It also helps me be more relaxed and comfortable when I have to speak in public and perform music live. I just take one pill three times a day if I need to. I don't need it all the time. It simply relaxes you and stressful situations are easier to deal with. Or what is usually stressful to you just isn't now.I have anxiety when I am around people and typically I am not friendly. Fantastic product
I ordered this February 12 of this year. It arrived rapidly and I started using it. Let me start by saying that what you read about this general product on the web, is shot on when buying from this seller. It's not just premium kanna, it's the (enhanced) fermented type which most articles that I read recommended for best potency. I am amazed at how well this works for me. Fist time I tried this product I had just got done working a 16 hour day. I arrived home and my roommate was in the back yard with the fire pit going and a few 12 packs of beers. I was pissed off, had the blue lotus and beer. I knew it was supposed to alter ones mood and calm. I put a pinch of this stuff in each of my beers (makes it foam up a bit) and after just two beers I was in an entirely different state. I was relaxed and content, the events of the day were still upsetting but it didn't seem to bother me. I later read that alcohol increase the effects of blue lotus extract.Awesome product!

Want to make meditation easier?
I have been using this product for about a year and a half now. Not only does it hit just the right spot, yet it makes the perfect meditation enhancer. I had ordered Mood And Mind's Blue Lotus a few times and then found what seemed to be a way better deal on line. However when I tried the other company's product it turned out to be far inferior (way less potent with an awful taste). The last time I ordered I noticed that Mood And Mind is now offering a higher quality product than they had in the past for the same price.
